InspectExpress is a private, non franchise small business that loves what we do and understands that it's not only caring how much we know but knowing how much we care! We can have all the information in the world but if we can't share it effectively with you, what good is it ?
YOU are our customers, but your Realtor, bank, mortgage broker, seller, ComFree or just an internet search, might refer you to us. Our reputation speaks for itself. This is generally the largest purchases in your life and providing you with enough information to complete your decisions with confidence. We only use licensed insured inspectors with communication skills and an excellent understanding of all general knowledge of a home, the kind of people we could refer to our closest family and friends. We can't give you a quote for repairs but we can point you in the right direction. We stay on top of rules and regulations in the industry. We try to be as close to perfect as possible every time. We are not the cheapest nor do we want to be, we are not the most expensive because we don't need to be. Unfortunately we don't have a 15 person wrecking crew with a camera crew to complete our inspections, but we could arrange it for a mere 15G and and a waiver from the sellers ; ) We appreciate our first time home buyers as they become repeat home buyers. Whether it's your personal or rental properties, we are looking out for your best interest. We have experience from single apartment inspections to 300 plus unit complexes, from 35 page reports to 250 page detailed reports. We do not advise you to buy or not to buy, in most cases, but we have told people this house will cause more pain than pleasure! We don't know what you've paid or are we licensed to provide an market evaluation . We will give you as much information about the condition of you home, the maintenance , recommendations, to minimize any unexpected expenses. When we do come across a problem or anything that you weren't aware prior to the inspection, we may recommend you consult with your realtor about an adjustment to your offer or recommend repairs. We appreciate referrals from everyone but the best referrals come from our happy informed buyers and their realtors And in some cases the sellers give a call because we found stuff that they were unaware of in their home! Maybe some day I'll post the letters and emails from happy clients ... but for now they're just pinned to my office wall.
